Just Healing has several unique yoga offerings.  Just Healers and Just Survivors are offered publicly at Odigo Wellness and can be found on the yoga calendar for sign up.  All other offerings can be booked by request! Just Us - This is a private yoga session for just you or maybe you'd like your loved ones to join you.  Booking a private session allows you to avoid the pitfalls and overstimulation that can exist in group fitness settings. It is also just a great way to celebrate a special event (like booking a private dining room).  Use contact form or use email to begin scheduling.

Just Survivors - 60 minutes of trauma-informed yoga followed by 15 minutes of journaling.  Just Survivors is an offering to serve those making an effort to establish a nurturing somatic connection after surving trauma. This is not therapy and no process group work takes place, rather, journaling is to offer students a moment of reflection that they can later share with a therapist if they choose.  Every first Saturday of the month at Odigo Wellness at 1 - 2:15p.

Just Healers - 60 minutes of slow flow practice designed to meet the needs of those in the helping professions and provide a stress release.  Every Friday at Odigo Wellness from 6 - 7pm beginning January 9 through March 13, 2026.

$20 per person

Just Fun - 60 minutes of fast-paced dynamic practice with a playlist rivaling a dance party.  Afterwards, everyone sticks around to enjoy refreshments, networking, and the benefits of happy sweaty energy!

Justice - Build your own good karma by attending this monthly fundraiser. Proceeds benefit local, social justice oriented initiatives and you'll get to partake in a nourishing 45 minute yin practice.
